Subscription means a paid plan that provides access to specified features, usage allowances, or other benefits for a recurring billing period.
Usage allowance means a daily use, request limit, word allowance, credit, character limit, or similar usage measure associated with a free or paid plan.
You may use the Service only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.
You must be at least 13 years old. If the law in your country requires you to be older for GoHumanize to provide the Service to you without parental consent, the higher minimum age applies.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your country, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may purchase a Subscription only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract or if the purchase is made or expressly authorized by a parent, legal guardian, or another person legally authorized to act on your behalf.

GoHumanize provides automated text-processing tools intended to rewrite, transform, improve, or analyze submitted text.

We may add, modify, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature, model, tool, integration, free plan, paid plan, usage limit, or functionality will remain available indefinitely.

GoHumanize uses automated technology. Output may vary depending on the submitted Content, selected settings, processing methods, models, third-party systems, and other factors.
We do not guarantee that:
Any success rates, examples, test results, comparisons, or other performance statements are illustrative unless expressly identified as a binding guarantee.
Third-party AI-detection and text-analysis services are independent from GoHumanize. We do not control their models, criteria, decisions, updates, availability, accuracy, or results.
You are solely responsible for reviewing Output before using, publishing, distributing, submitting, or relying on it.
Certain features may require an Account.

Account registration may be provided through Google OAuth or another third-party authentication provider. Your use of that provider may also be governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
You must not create or use multiple Accounts to:
We may request reasonable verification where necessary to protect the Service, investigate suspicious activity, enforce these Terms, or comply with legal obligations.
The Service may limit:
Each humanization or processing request may count as one use regardless of its length, unless otherwise stated.
Daily usage allowances generally reset at midnight UTC unless a different reset time is displayed in your Account or plan description.
Unused daily uses do not roll over unless expressly stated.
We may offer, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue free access at any time.
Creating multiple Accounts, using automation, or employing technical methods to bypass free-tier or paid-plan limits is prohibited.
GoHumanize may offer Subscription plans with different:
The plan terms presented at checkout apply to your purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the billing frequency shown at checkout until cancelled.
By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize GoHumanize or the applicable payment provider to charge the Subscription price and applicable taxes to your selected payment method for each billing period.
Payments are processed by the third-party payment provider identified at checkout.
The payment provider may process payments on behalf of GoHumanize or act as the merchant of record for the transaction.
The payment provider’s terms, refund procedures, and privacy practices may also apply.

The Subscription Policy forms part of these Terms.
If there is a direct conflict between general billing language in these Terms and a more specific provision in the Subscription Policy, the Subscription Policy will govern that billing issue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
A free or paid plan may include daily uses, request allowances, word allowances, credits, or similar usage allocations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, usage allowances:
Usage allowances constitute a limited right to access specified Service features. They are not stored funds, electronic money, or property.
Unused allowances may be forfeited if access is restricted or terminated because of fraud, abuse, circumvention of limits, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
You may cancel a Subscription through your Account billing settings or through the applicable payment provider’s portal, where available.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, paid access remains available until the end of the billing period already paid for.
Cancellation does not automatically refund or reverse a payment that has already been processed.
Deleting your Account, stopping use of the Service, or removing a payment method is not a substitute for completing the Subscription cancellation process.
Refund eligibility, refund exceptions, statutory withdrawal rights, billing corrections, and refund-request procedures are governed by our Subscription Policy.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in the Subscription Policy, all Subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

We may require reasonable transaction, Account, or payment information before reviewing a billing issue.
We may restrict or suspend paid access associated with a payment that is:
We may provide relevant transaction, Account, usage, access, cancellation, and communication records to a payment provider, card issuer, financial institution, fraud-prevention service, or competent authority when responding to a payment dispute or investigation.
Fraudulent disputes, knowingly false claims, repeated payment abuse, or attempts to obtain the Service without valid payment may result in immediate restriction or termination.
Nothing in these Terms limits any payment-dispute right that cannot lawfully be limited.
You must use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that your use violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or creates risk to GoHumanize, its users, service providers, or third parties.
You are solely responsible for:
GoHumanize does not submit Output to schools, universities, employers, publishers, clients, regulators, platforms, or other third parties on your behalf.
We are not responsible for academic, professional, contractual, employment, publishing, platform, reputational, or other consequences arising from your use of the Service or Output.
The Service and its software, design, interface, functionality, source code, object code, models, prompts, systems, branding, logos, graphics, documentation, databases, and other proprietary elements are owned by or licensed to GoHumanize.
They are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other applicable laws.
No ownership rights in the Service are transferred to you.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service for lawful purposes.
This right ends immediately when your access or Account is suspended or terminated.
As between you and GoHumanize, you retain the rights you hold in your Content.
You grant GoHumanize and its service providers a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, reproduce, process, and otherwise use your Content only as reasonably necessary to:

As between you and GoHumanize, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use Output generated from your Content for personal or commercial purposes.
GoHumanize does not claim ownership of your Output.

GOHUMANIZE DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, AND OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOHUMANIZE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
THIS EXCLUSION INCLUDES ANY LOSS OF:

IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT A PARTICULAR EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION, GOHUMANIZE’S LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THAT LAW.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY ONLY TO THE EXTENT THAT IT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoHumanize and its affiliates, officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
We may assume control of the defense of a matter subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate reasonably with that defense.
You must not settle a claim affecting GoHumanize without our prior written consent.
If you are a consumer, this section applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
You may cancel a paid Subscription in accordance with the Subscription Policy.
Account deletion does not cancel a Subscription unless the deletion process expressly confirms that the Subscription has also been cancelled.
We may restrict, suspend, disable, or terminate your Account or access immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:
We are not required to provide a warning, correction period, explanation, or opportunity to appeal unless required by applicable law.
Upon restriction, suspension, or termination:
Refunds or billing corrections, if any, are governed by the Subscription Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents GoHumanize from immediately seeking injunctive, equitable, protective, or other appropriate relief where necessary to protect:
Nothing in this section requires GoHumanize to accept a proposed settlement, provide compensation, or resolve the dispute within a specified period unless required by applicable law.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection based on venue, jurisdiction, or inconvenient forum.
If applicable law does not permit this choice of law, jurisdiction, or venue to apply to you, it will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by that law.
GoHumanize will not be liable for any delay, interruption, unavailability, loss, or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Changes will become effective when published or on a later date stated in the updated Terms.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel any active Subscription before its next renewal.

Electronic communications satisfy any requirement that communications be provided in writing, except where applicable law requires another method.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. GoHumanize may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or transfer of the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the affected provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms and the policies incorporated into them constitute the entire agreement between you and GoHumanize regarding the Service and replace prior agreements or understandings concerning the same subject matter.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, will remain in effect.
