By accessing or using GoHumanize ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

GoHumanize provides an AI-powered text humanization service that transforms AI-generated content into natural, human-like writing. The Service includes text processing, account management, usage tracking, and related features accessible through our website and API.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Daily uses & usage

The Service limits how often you can humanize text and how long each request can be, based on your plan:

• Each humanization counts as one use. Free accounts currently receive 5 uses per day, with a per-request word cap (see our pricing page for current limits).
• Daily uses reset at midnight UTC unless we state otherwise in your account.
• Paid plans may include more daily uses and higher per-request word limits.
• We reserve the right to modify allocations, limits, and pricing at any time.
• Unused daily uses do not roll over unless we explicitly say so.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, manipulate daily use accounting, or abuse the free tier.
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our express permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI processing logic.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text you submit to the Service. The humanized output is provided to you for your use. GoHumanize retains all rights to its technology, software, algorithms, branding, and website content. You may not use the GoHumanize name, logo, or branding without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the humanized text will bypass all AI detection tools at all times, as detection technology is constantly evolving. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoHumanize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
