This Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how GoHumanize subscriptions are activated, priced, billed, renewed, cancelled, and refunded.
This policy forms part of and should be read together with our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this policy have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
Please review this policy before purchasing a subscription.
GoHumanize is a digital software service. No physical products are shipped.
The features, usage allowances, billing frequency, and other terms of each subscription plan are displayed on the pricing page or at checkout.
Paid features are generally activated automatically through your GoHumanize account shortly after successful payment confirmation.
If your paid access is not activated after a successful payment, contact us using the email address listed in Section 7 so we can investigate the issue.
Subscription access and usage remain subject to the applicable plan limits, fair-use requirements, rate controls, technical-capacity restrictions, and abuse-prevention measures described on the pricing page, at checkout, and in our Terms of Service.
Current subscription prices, billing frequencies, and available currencies are displayed on the pricing page or at checkout.
The price, currency, billing frequency, and any introductory period presented and accepted at checkout apply to your purchase.
Applicable VAT, sales tax, or similar taxes may be calculated based on your billing information, location, or the requirements of the applicable payment provider. Any applicable taxes or charges will be displayed before you complete the purchase or included in the final amount shown by the payment provider.
Because GoHumanize is a digital service, no shipping charges apply.
GoHumanize may change subscription prices from time to time. Updated prices apply to new purchases when displayed at checkout.
For existing subscriptions, advance notice of a renewal price change will be provided where required by applicable law or the applicable payment provider’s rules. If you do not agree to a changed subscription price, you may cancel before the renewal to which the changed price will apply.
Promotional prices, discount codes, introductory offers, and other special offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, usage limits, and additional terms disclosed with the offer. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
If a subscription begins at an introductory or promotional price, it may automatically renew at the standard recurring price disclosed when the offer is accepted unless it is cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location, currency, device, payment provider, and payment-security requirements.
Payments are processed by the third-party payment provider identified at checkout. Depending on the provider and transaction, the provider may process payment on behalf of GoHumanize or act as the merchant of record.
The applicable payment provider’s terms, privacy practices, billing procedures, refund processes, and other requirements may also apply.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize GoHumanize or the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription price and any applicable taxes to your selected payment method for each billing period until the subscription is cancelled.
A payment confirmation, receipt, or invoice may be issued by GoHumanize or the applicable payment provider after a successful payment. The availability and format of billing documents may depend on the payment provider and the information entered at checkout.
For questions about a receipt, invoice, billing details, or transaction reference, contact us using the information in Section 7 or use the support options included in your payment confirmation.
GoHumanize subscriptions renew automatically at the billing frequency disclosed at checkout until cancelled.
Renewal charges are generally processed on or around the renewal date shown in your account, purchase confirmation, receipt, or payment-provider portal.
You may cancel future automatic renewals at any time through your GoHumanize account billing settings or the applicable payment provider’s customer portal, where available.
Cancelling a subscription stops future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, paid access will remain available until the end of the billing period already paid for.
You must successfully complete cancellation before the next renewal date to avoid the next recurring charge. Cancellation is effective when it is completed and confirmed through the applicable account or payment-provider interface.
Deleting your account, stopping use of GoHumanize, or attempting to remove your payment method is not a substitute for completing the available subscription-cancellation process.
If your subscription was purchased through a third-party payment provider or merchant of record, you may need to manage or cancel it through that provider’s portal.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund or reverse a payment that has already been processed.
A refund also does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. Unless cancellation is confirmed as part of the refund process, you should separately cancel the subscription to prevent future renewal charges.
If a payment is declined, expired, reversed, disputed, unpaid, or cannot be completed, paid features may not be activated, may be suspended, or may not renew.
A payment may temporarily appear as pending or authorized while it is being processed by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. A pending authorization does not necessarily mean that payment has been successfully completed.
You may need to update your payment method or complete additional verification requested by the payment provider before access can be activated or renewed.
GoHumanize and its payment providers may decline, delay, reverse, or review a transaction that reasonably appears unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our Terms of Service.
Paid access may be withheld or restricted while a payment is incomplete, reversed, disputed, unpaid, or subject to a reasonable payment-security review.
If you believe that you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, charged after a confirmed cancellation, charged an amount different from the amount accepted at checkout, or charged for a transaction you do not recognize, contact us or the applicable payment provider so the transaction can be investigated.
Verified billing errors may be corrected through a refund, reversal, payment adjustment, or another appropriate remedy.
We may provide relevant transaction, account, cancellation, service-access, usage, and communication records when responding to a payment-provider or financial-institution investigation.
Fraudulent disputes, knowingly false claims, or repeated payment abuse may result in restriction or termination of access.
Nothing in this policy limits any payment-dispute right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under Section 6.1, subscription payments are final and non-refundable once processed.
We do not normally provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds solely because:
These limitations do not apply where a refund, price reduction, billing correction, or another remedy is required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, price-reduction, billing-correction, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Depending on your location, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within a specified period.
The availability or effect of a withdrawal right for a digital service may depend on factors including whether:
Where a payment provider acts as the merchant of record, its legally required cancellation, withdrawal, or refund process may also apply.
A refund or billing correction may be considered in limited circumstances, including:
Each request is reviewed individually based on the circumstances, account records, payment information, service usage, and applicable law.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved, except where a particular outcome is required by applicable law.
To request a refund or review of a charge, contact us using the email address listed in Section 7 and provide:
Do not send your full payment-card number, card security code, account password, or other sensitive authentication information.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue. Delayed notice may make it more difficult to verify transaction or account records, but it does not limit any deadline or right provided by applicable law.
Depending on the payment provider used for your purchase, you may need to submit or complete the request through that provider’s portal or support process.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method unless another method is required by the payment provider or applicable law.
The time required for an approved refund to appear may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, currency, and payment method. GoHumanize does not control the time taken by a bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post a refund after it has been issued.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our subscriptions, payment processes, payment providers, legal requirements, or business practices.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will apply from the date they are published unless a later date is stated.
We will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
