GoHumanize is designed to help users improve the clarity, readability, tone, structure, flow, and naturalness of their writing. You may use the Service only for lawful, responsible, and ethical purposes.
This policy is intended to protect GoHumanize, our users, third parties, and the security, integrity, and availability of the Service from unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or irresponsible use.

You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of GoHumanize complies with applicable laws, contractual obligations, academic or workplace policies, publication requirements, platform rules, and any applicable AI disclosure requirements.
2. Academic, Professional, and Ethical Use
GoHumanize is intended to support responsible writing, not to help users deceive others or misrepresent the origin, authorship, or originality of content.
You must not use the Service to:
- Cheat on examinations, tests, assessments, interviews, certifications, or other evaluations.
- Submit AI-generated or third-party work as your own where doing so violates applicable rules or disclosure requirements.
- Conceal plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, or copyright infringement.
- Falsely claim that content was created without AI assistance where disclosure is required.
- Misrepresent who created, reviewed, approved, or endorsed content.
- Fabricate quotations, citations, research, qualifications, credentials, references, or supporting evidence.
- Create false evidence of authorship or originality.
- Obtain an unfair academic, professional, financial, or personal advantage through deception.
The use of AI-assisted writing is not inherently prohibited or dishonest. Whether it is permitted depends on the rules that apply to your particular situation. You are responsible for understanding and complying with those requirements before using or submitting content generated or processed through GoHumanize.
3. Prohibited Content and Activities
You must not use GoHumanize to create, rewrite, improve, process, distribute, or facilitate content or activities that are unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.
This includes using the Service to:
- Commit or facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, identity theft, or other deceptive conduct.
- Create fake reviews, testimonials, endorsements, credentials, identity documents, contracts, invoices, financial records, or other fraudulent materials.
- Produce false or misleading information intended to deceive, manipulate, or harm others, including fabricated news, public safety information, legal evidence, or official statements.
- Threaten, harass, intimidate, stalk, bully, defame, or unlawfully target another person.
- Promote or facilitate violence, terrorism, human trafficking, child exploitation, sexual exploitation, serious criminal activity, or other unlawful conduct.
- Encourage or provide instructions intended to facilitate suicide, serious self-harm, or harm to others.
- Promote unlawful discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups.
- Create or distribute non-consensual intimate content or content intended to exploit another person's vulnerability.
- Generate spam, deceptive marketing, unsolicited bulk communications, coordinated manipulation, or other abusive communications that violate applicable law.
This restriction does not prohibit legitimate educational, journalistic, scientific, historical, artistic, satirical, or research-related content that is created and used for lawful purposes.
4. Privacy, Confidentiality, and Intellectual Property
You may submit content to GoHumanize only if you own it, have permission to use and modify it, or otherwise have a lawful right to process it.
You must not use the Service to:
- Infringe another person's copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
- Remove or conceal ownership, attribution, or rights-management information without authorization.
- Process confidential or proprietary information in violation of a legal, contractual, or professional duty of confidentiality.
- Publish or distribute another person's personal, sensitive, confidential, or private information without appropriate authorization.
- Facilitate doxxing, identity theft, blackmail, unauthorized surveillance, or other violations of privacy.
We recommend removing unnecessary personal, confidential, or sensitive information before submitting text to the Service whenever reasonably possible.
Processing content through GoHumanize does not transfer ownership of your content to GoHumanize or grant you ownership of content belonging to another person.
By submitting content, you grant GoHumanize the limited rights necessary to process, transmit, modify, store temporarily, and return that content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, improving, and supporting the Service, enforcing our policies, and complying with applicable law.
5. High-Risk Uses
GoHumanize is a general-purpose writing assistant. It is not a substitute for qualified professional judgment or regulated professional services.
You must not use the Service to:
- Impersonate licensed or qualified professionals or falsely represent that content has been prepared, reviewed, or approved by them.
- Fabricate professional opinions, diagnoses, reports, certifications, legal documents, or expert evidence.
- Provide regulated medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice without appropriate qualifications, authorization, and human review.
- Make or support fully automated decisions that determine a person's legal rights, employment, education, healthcare, housing, insurance, credit, immigration status, or access to essential services.
- Create misleading documents or communications that could materially affect another person's rights, safety, or important decisions.
Where GoHumanize is used to assist with content relating to regulated or high-impact matters, users remain responsible for ensuring that the final content is accurate, appropriate, complies with applicable law, and is independently reviewed by a suitably qualified person where required.
6. Fair Use and Technical Misuse
GoHumanize is provided subject to the usage limits, subscription allowances, feature restrictions, and fair-use requirements described on our website or in your applicable plan.
You must not use the Service in a manner that is excessive, abusive, fraudulent, or intended to interfere with its operation or the experience of other users.
You must not:
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, subscription restrictions, or pricing through multiple accounts or other methods.
- Abuse free plans, free trials, promotional offers, refunds, or introductory pricing.
- Use bots, scripts, automated requests, scrapers, or other automated tools without our authorization.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, servers, databases, or related systems.
- Circumvent security measures, payment systems, access controls, or rate limits.
- Introduce malware, harmful code, or other malicious software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract GoHumanize's proprietary software, prompts, models, or other protected components except where prohibited by applicable law.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially provide access to the Service without our written permission.
- Use the Service in a way that unreasonably affects its availability, security, stability, or performance.
We may apply reasonable technical measures, including rate limits, processing restrictions, or temporary suspensions, to protect the Service and ensure fair access for all users.
7. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The content you submit to GoHumanize.
- Ensuring you have the legal right to use and modify that content.
- Reviewing all generated output before using, publishing, submitting, or relying on it.
- Complying with applicable laws, contractual obligations, institutional policies, and professional standards.
GoHumanize is an AI-assisted writing tool. Generated output may contain inaccuracies, omissions, altered meaning, unsupported claims, or inappropriate wording. You should independently verify important facts, quotations, citations, references, and other information before relying on them.
GoHumanize does not guarantee that generated content:
- Is factually accurate, complete, or original.
- Is free from copyright infringement or plagiarism.
- Complies with the policies of your school, employer, publisher, client, platform, or other organization.
- Will receive any particular result from AI-detection, plagiarism-detection, or authorship-analysis tools.
- Will be accepted for any academic, professional, legal, commercial, or other purpose.
Where disclosure of AI-assisted writing is required, you remain responsible for making any required disclosures.
8. Our Right to Restrict or Refuse Use
To protect our users, the Service, and third parties, we may investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy or our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to refuse to process content or to restrict access to the Service where we reasonably believe that content or activity:
- Violates this policy or applicable law.
- Infringes the rights of another person.
- Creates security, operational, legal, or reputational risks.
- Facilitates fraud, abuse, cheating, or other prohibited conduct.
- Could reasonably result in harm to GoHumanize, our users, or third parties.
Where appropriate, we may take proportionate action, including:

- Blocking or refusing specific requests.
- Applying temporary rate limits or feature restrictions.
- Suspending or terminating access to the Service or an account.
- Preserving relevant information where required or permitted by law.
